 Please note: A deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment with us, this deposit will be deducted off the total amount due on the day of your service. All appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will attract a 50% cancellation fee. All appointments that cancel with less than 24 hours notice or a “no show” will attract a 100% cancellation fee. Full payment to be paid via direct deposit no later than one week before the appointment date. If someone cancels their makeup or hair service once the deposit has been made, the balance will still remain the same. Once your makeup or hair deposit has been paid this holds the date for you and you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of your quote.

Parking in all city hotels and venues must be provided and paid for by the client.

A travel fee for distances from the makeup artist / hair stylists house may be charged. Travel fees include time, tolls and travel costs. We will notify you of these costs at the time of the booking.
